The Biltmore Winery Welcomes Spring with New Wines!

by Dryridgeinn on April 15, 2014

A sure sign of spring on the estate is the release of the
Winery’s special blends designed to commemorate Biltmore
Blooms. This year’s release is a rose wine handcrafted from
estate-grown grapes, with a label featuring original artwork
from Tina Steenerson of Maudlin, SC. Tina’s artwork
highlights the Walled Garden in spring with Biltmore’s iconic
tulips in the background. She will be at the Winery signing
wine bottles for fans on May 2 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. The
Biltmore Limited Release Rose of Cabernet Franc (estate
exclusive) is crafted to be the perfect companion to spring
picnics and alfresco dinners. It pairs well with pizza, sausage,
spicy dishes and turkey. Unlike previous years, this rose blend
is exclusive to the estate and is available only at estate shops
and through Biltmore’s online store. Those looking for
Biltmore wines at their favorite wine shops will discover a
white wine crafted especially for the season. Our Spring
Release White Wine (off site version) will be available at local
retailers like Harris Teeter and Ingles. The white also features
a slightly different label designed to resonate with consumers
